Two Shawls

Recently I completed and blocked two shawls. One, the teal blue one, was for my mother-in-law's birthday. I followed the delectable and familiar Shetland Triangle pattern. The yarn is dream in color smooshy, 1 skein, worked on size 8 needles.

The second shawl was created using the leaf pattern from Evelyn Clark's fantastic book about knitting triangular shawls. My shawl is knit from Kauni yarn, 1 skein, again on size 8. Check out the fast-dry system my husband and I rigged.
